Payment

Teams must make full payment to have a completed application on file with Showdown Tournaments. Each completed application receives a time stamp, which will be used to determine tournament acceptance and hotel priority. We will not guarantee tournament or hotel placement for your team until payment has been received.

We will send you a link for this on or before the registration due date.

  • Country & Western Showdown Tournament Application Deadline is 9/15/24
  • Crabtown Showdown Tournament Application Deadline is 10/15/24
  • Capital Showdown Tournament Application Deadline is 11/15/24

Multi-Team Discounts

Teams applying to a single Showdown Tournament event, at any of our locations are eligible to receive the multi-team discount when Showdown Tournaments receives full payment prior to the tournament application deadline.

  • Country & Western Showdown Tournament Application Deadline is 9/15/24
  • Crabtown Showdown Tournament Application Deadline is 10/15/24
  • Capital Showdown Tournament Application Deadline is 11/15/24

Discounts will be applied as follows when registering by the tournament application deadline:

  • Register 3-5 teams receive $75 off each team
  • Register 6 or more teams receive $100 off each team

If space is still available and your team applies after the Tournament Application Deadline, your team will not be eligible for the discount and we will request additional payment. Only one discount per team will apply.
